Ordering custom steel and wood furniture from Craft-Art Direct is easy. The process is divided into small steps, which guarantee that you will receive what works best for your specific needs.

• The process begins with a brief conversation about your requirements, available options, and cost.
• Selections from the available options that meet budget requirements are made and a quotation is prepared.
• Craft-Art Direct prepares a photo-realistic rendering of what was quoted.
• The design is approved or modified if necessary for final approval. Please note that additional charges may be incurred if the design process is protracted. For this reason, Craft-Art Direct will assist you in pinpointing your best options as quickly as possible, keeping in mind that the ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction.
• A final quotation is prepared and signed and a 50% deposit submitted to Craft-Art Direct.
• The order is submitted for production and you are notified of the projected ship date.
• Your shipping address is confirmed and a delivery time window is established.
• Your furniture piece is shipped via a “white glove” furniture moving service. The moving firm performs any necessary assembly, and all crating materials are removed from your home.

Our company is organized to respond quickly and to ensure that you receive exactly what you want at the lowest possible cost. If you prefer, Craft-Art Direct will also work directly with your designer.

Ordering Table Bases for Glass Tops

Many of our table bases are designed to accommodate glass tops. Craft-Art Direct does not ship glass; however, we will provide recommended specifications for glass tops that you can have made locally. In select markets, Craft-Art Direct may be able to work with the local glass firm of your choice, in which case we will have the top created and delivered to your home.
