Ordering Process

Ordering a custom countertop from Craft-Art Direct is easy. The process is divided into small steps that guarantee that the selection of wood, edge profile and other features will meet your needs and integrate with the overall design and color scheme. Our process also ensures that your top will fit correctly. These steps are as follows:

• Selection of wood specie, thickness, edge profile, special features such as drain channels, stainless steel set down rod, trash chute, or distressed finish. As part of our service to you, Craft-Art Direct will assist with this process.
• Preparation of a quote based on selections and dimension information provided.
• Approval and signature of quote with a 50% deposit submitted.
• Craft-Art Direct’s verification process is completed and final drawings are sent you.
• Upon request, Craft-Art Direct will send you a photo realistic rendering (PRR) of your counter/island top showing the shape and wood species. There is a nominal charge for this service.
• After construction details are completed, the order is submitted for production and you are notified of the projected ship date.
• One week prior to shipping, the shipping address is confirmed and a delivery time window is established. This coordination reduces handling and overall installation expense.
• A detailed, installation document is sent with the job and also via email.
• Shipping documents, including tracking information and local terminal numbers are forwarded within 24 hours of shipping.
• Expert installation support is available whenever it is needed.
