Craft Art wood brought

Directly to You.

Craft-Art Direct was formed to bring the beauty and durability of exceptional Craft-Art wood products to a wider audience.

A Uniquely American Story

The Craft-Art Direct story is a real-life "out of the basement" journey. Ken Williamson founded Craft-Art Wood Countertops in 1998, making custom cutting boards and wooden pot racks. As demand for his expert craftsmanship increased, Ken utilized his extensive knowledge and love of fine wood products to create countertops durable enough to withstand the rigors of busy kitchens and baths. From the beginning, Craft-Art has used only select wood from around the world, from reputable lumber sources, documenting whenever possible the practice of sustainable forest management. Today, Craft-Art Wood Countertops is one of the country’s leading manufacturers of custom-built wood countertops, sold through an established network of premiere kitchen and bath dealers and designers.

Craft-Art Direct was formed to bring the beauty and durability of exceptional Craft-Art wood products directly to homeowners and interior designers. By popular demand, we have added exquisite contemporary metal table bases to our product mix.

The creation of custom countertops and furniture requires conversation and collaboration, and we have organized our company to provide the one-on-one customer service necessary to achieve a perfect outcome. Craft-Art Direct is staffed by a team of talented craftspeople and technicians who take great pride in creating the most beautiful and durable wood countertops made anywhere. They are supported by one of the most professional and responsive customer service teams in the industry.

At Craft-Art Direct, our goal is to put beautiful, custom designed pieces within your reach. We guarantee that your wood countertops and furniture will be the best of the best.
